TERMS AND CONDITIONS — SHINE GRAFFIX
By placing an order with Shine Graffix (shinegraffix.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all products, including but not limited to racing stripes, vinyl decals, car graphics, and custom-cut designs.
1. CUSTOM PRODUCT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
All Shine Graffix products are made-to-order and/or custom-prepared based on the information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle make, model, year, measurements, color selection, and design choices.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying all order details before completing checkout. Shine Graffix is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer, including typographical mistakes, incorrect vehicle selection, wrong measurements, or incorrect color choices.
Once an order is placed, production may begin immediately. For this reason, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.
2. ALL SALES FINAL / NO RETURNS POLICY
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, Shine Graffix does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances once an order has been processed or shipped.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect vehicle selection by the customer
- Incorrect installation by the customer or installer
- Color variation due to screen display differences
- Improper application or surface preparation
- Environmental or weather-related installation issues
Customers are strongly encouraged to contact us prior to purchase with any questions.
3. NO REFUNDS / RESTOCKING POLICY
Because all products are custom manufactured or pre-cut to order, refunds are not provided for any completed order, including unused items.
In rare cases where a return is approved in writing by Shine Graffix management, a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition and packaging. Any return attempt without prior approval will be rejected.
No refunds are provided for precut stripes, custom decals, or special-order graphics under any circumstances.
4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
All products are provided “AS IS” without any express or implied warranties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shine Graffix disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, or compatibility with any vehicle surface or paint condition.
Shine Graffix does not guarantee installation results or long-term performance, as outcomes may vary depending on installation method, surface condition, environmental exposure, maintenance, and user handling.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By purchasing from Shine Graffix, the customer agrees that Shine Graffix, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use, misuse, installation, or inability to use any product.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vehicle paint damage
- Installation errors
- Labor or installation costs
- Loss of use, time, or income
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Shipping delays or carrier issues
In all cases, Shine Graffix’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product purchased.
6. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery and must include photographic evidence and order details. After this period, Shine Graffix is not responsible for replacement or reimbursement.
We will review claims and, at our discretion, replace only items verified as defective due to manufacturing or fulfillment error.
7. INSTALLATION RESPONSIBILITY
All products are intended for cosmetic use only. Proper installation is the sole responsibility of the customer or installer.
Shine Graffix is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, lack of experience, failure to follow instructions, or use on unsuitable surfaces (including repainted, aged, or damaged paint).
Professional installation is strongly recommended.
8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shine Graffix is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control once the order has been shipped.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
9. POLICY AGREEMENT
By completing a purchase, the customer confirms they have read and agreed to all terms outlined above. These terms override any verbal, written, or implied communication not included in this document.
10. CONTACT & CLAIM TIME LIMIT
Customers must contact Shine Graffix support within 10 calendar days of delivery for any issues related to an order, including but not limited to missing items, damaged products, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects.
Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit under any circumstances.
All claims must include:
- Order number
- Clear description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence when applicable
Failure to provide sufficient information may result in denial of the claim.
Shine Graffix is not responsible for issues reported outside of the stated time period.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The information, products, services, and materials available through Shine Graffix and ShineGraffix.com are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shine Graffix disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability.
Shine Graffix makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information, products, graphics, installation instructions, or materials contained on this website. Any reliance on such information is strictly at the user’s own risk.
All decals, racing stripes, vinyl graphics, wrap materials, and related products sold by Shine Graffix are intended for cosmetic and decorative purposes only. The customer assumes full responsibility for product selection, installation, use, maintenance, and removal. Improper installation, misuse, environmental conditions, vehicle surface conditions, improper cleaning, accidents, or normal wear and tear may affect product performance and longevity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shine Graffix, its owners, employees, affiliates, suppliers, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to the use of this website, the purchase or use of any product, installation or removal of any product, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, vehicle damage, paint damage, labor costs, installation costs, towing expenses, or any other losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that vinyl graphics, decals, stripes, and wrap products may perform differently depending on vehicle age, paint condition, environmental exposure, maintenance practices, installation methods, and other factors beyond Shine Graffix’s control. Shine Graffix does not guarantee compatibility with every vehicle, paint surface, aftermarket paint job, or previously repaired surface.
In no event shall Shine Graffix’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to any product, service, or transaction exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
By accessing this website, placing an order, or using any product purchased from Shine Graffix, the customer agrees to these terms and assumes all risks associated with the purchase, installation, use, and removal of the products.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, Shine Graffix’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
