Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix YouTube Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility:

  1. The giveaway is open to all residents of United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  2. Employees of Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household are not eligible to participate in the giveaway.

How to Enter:

  1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
  2. To enter, participants must be subscribed to Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix channel, comment on the video of the giveaway and like the video.
  3. Multiple entries by the same person are allowed, provided each entry complies with the entry requirements.
  4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late, or misdirected, or that are otherwise non-compliant with these official rules, will be disqualified.

Prize:

  1. The prize(s) of the product starts from $10 USD and will not exceed more than $399 USD.
  2. No substitution or transfer of the prize(s) will be allowed except at the sole discretion of Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix.
  3. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner(s).

Winner Selection:

  1. Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  2. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  3. The winner(s) will be announced on the next video for the giveaway that the person is participating on Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix‘s YouTube channel and/or other social media platforms.

Notification and Claiming the Prize:

  1. The winner(s) will have to contact us to claim the price after it is announced on video
  2. The winner(s) must respond with an email or Direct Message within 1-2 days to claim the prize(s).
  3. Failure to respond within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the prize(s), and an alternate winner(s) may be selected on the next video.

General Conditions:

  1. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix, which are final and binding in all respects.
  2. Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that it finds to be tampering with the entry process or operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these official rules.
  3. Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway, as determined by Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix in its sole discretion.
  4. By accepting the prize(s), winner(s) consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  5. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

Release and Limitations of Liability:

  1. By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the giveaway; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the giveaway, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

  2. By participating in the giveaway, you hereby agree to Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix‘s collection and usage of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted Shine Gadget / Shine Graffix‘s Privacy Policy.
