Custom Orders
Q. Can Shine-graffix.com create custom graphic work for me?
A. Yes. Generally, we require a high resolution graphic or a detailed description of what you are looking for. Custom work is more expensive than an already designed graphic, however the end result is a completely unique and tailored item that only you will posses. Please contact our sales department with your idea for a quote.
Q. I do not see a vinyl kit for my vehicle, can Shine-graffix.com make one for me?
A. Generally, we do not design individual dash kits for customers. Here at shine-graffix.com we are against pre cut vinyl’s. Pre cut sheets are very difficult to install as well as they are only 95% accurate. Why pay triple to have a pre cut sheet when its much easier and cheaper to install a bulk sheet and simply trim of the access. Years of experience and installation proves this to be true.
Shipping
Q. Why does Shine-graffix.com ship via USPS Mail?
A. Simple. USPS Mail is relatively inexpensive, fast and secure for small orders. Most orders arrive within only 3 – 7 business days for U.S. Residents with delivery confirmation.
Q. When am I going to receive my product?
A. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. We will notify you when your item has been shipped and when you can expect to receive it via email. MetroDecals.com ships only daily Mon – Fri excluding holidays
Q. I am an international resident, do I have to pay customs?
A. If an order weighs less than 1lb (0.453kg) it is not subject to customs charges. If an order weighs more than 1lb (0.453kg) it is subject to customs. If your order is subject to customs, delivery times may greatly vary. Please contact your local postmaster for more details. Q. I live outside the USA, am I subject to international shipping and handling rates?
A. Yes, orders shipped outside the USA valued $5usd – $39usd are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail (7-30 business days to receive). Orders above $40usd are shipped USPS Express Mail (3-7 business days to receive) international shipment.

Q. How do I select the color I want?
A. Depending on the item, you may have color options. If color options are listed , please note the color with your payment. If sending payment via paypal.com please note the desired color in the “leave seller a note” section of your payment. If sending a money order, please print and mail the invoice which will be sent to you at then end of the purchase.
Q. Do you carry vinyl kits for my vehicle?
A. Shine-graffix.com Vinyl Sheets are universal and can be applied to boats, motorcycles, gas tanks, wheels, dashboards, helmets, body works and much more. We do not recommenced pre cuts.

Q. Where is my order?
A. Assuming all necessary details are provided, Shine-graffix.com will e-mail confirmation of shipment. Please note that this is not tracking it is only used to confirm delivery and may not update untill item is delivered.
